Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join their team. The primary responsibilities include attending and facilitating daily stand-up meetings, gathering and documenting requirements, maintaining user stories in JIRA, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and effectively engaging with stakeholders. The role requires proactive communication with the business team to confirm sprint requirements and obtain sign-offs.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Attending and running daily stand-up meetings (DSUs) to gather requirements and update project progress.
- Conducting meetings with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements in JIRA.
- Maintaining user stories in JIRA and ensuring they reflect the latest discussions.
- Participating in UAT testing and retrospective meetings after each two-week sprint.
- Communicating with business teams to confirm sprint requirements and secure sign-offs.
- Working within an agile framework with two-week sprints.
- Leading UAT testing sessions with business users to validate implemented solutions.
- Adapting to frequent changes and learning new technologies quickly.
- Developing workflow diagrams to clarify requirements and user stories.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
Qualifications
- Exposure to research in drugs, devices, or government, preferably at the site level.
- Heavy Excel background and experience with CTMS/EDC systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience with PHI, regulatory, and compliance matters is crucial.
Experience
- Familiarity with Protected Health Information (PHI) is required.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and workflows.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Visio, and LucidChart is preferred.
Skills
- Technical skills in JIRA and workflow diagramming tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to change.
