Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Manager Assistant to ensure the efficient transport and management of critical medical equipment and supplies. The primary focus of this role is to support clinicians in healthcare settings by coordinating with team members for equipment delivery and ensuring quality customer service to hospital contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies.
- Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
- Help service, ship, and receive equipment in the branch warehouse.
- Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, addressing their patient and equipment needs.
- Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
- Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards.
- Coordinate daily with local sales representatives and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery.
- Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements
- Be within a 30-minute travel radius for on-call purposes.
- Flexibility in schedule depending on location and shift preferences.
- A DOT Med Card certification may be required but is covered by the company if needed.
- On-call stipend provided even if not called to work.
