Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled nursing facility and short-term rehab services. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional care to a geriatric patient population, ensuring a high standard of rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SNF and short-term rehab physical therapy services.
• Manage a patient volume that varies, with a maximum of 10 patients per day.
• Work primarily with a geriatric patient population.
• Utilize Medhelp software interfaced into Point-Click Care for electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid WY PT license.

Additional Requirements

• State License needed: WY PT license required.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, five 8-hour shifts approximately 8AM-5PM.
