Overview
Join a new and growing MedSpa supporting two providers as they expand cosmetic services. This position offers hands-on clinical experience in a modern, patient-centered environment, with strong potential for long-term, full-time employment as the clinic grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Room up to 20 patients per day and assist with cosmetic procedures
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field for all treatments
• Support providers during procedures and post-care activities
• Manage inventory, stock treatment rooms, and order supplies as needed
• Assist with prior authorizations when applicable

Schedule

• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: Optional (only for candidates with prior authorization experience)
• Hours: 16–24 hours/week to start, with potential to expand to full-time as the MedSpa grows

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting
• Experience in MedSpa, Dermatology, or Cosmetic services preferred (not required)
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR a plus
• Prior authorization experience a plus
