Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Hospital Biller who will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction for system-wide financial services. The role includes managing a strong financial services culture and leading large teams in areas of Revenue Cycle Services, including Billing, Collections, and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams across various areas of Revenue Cycle Services, overseeing up to 17 Acute Care Facilities, 163 Outpatient Facilities, or 300+ physicians.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term operational plans aligned with organizational goals, contributing to Net Revenue Improvement.
- Analyze and establish strategic plans to ensure progressive and effective financial services, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership for revenue cycle management, including financial report analysis and performance trend analysis.
- Manage and support 35 to 55 staff members, handling all human resource-related activities.
- Create performance measures and goals to produce sustainable outcomes.
- Use analytical approaches to problem-solving backed by quantified data and measurable results.
- Ensure budget adherence for revenue, expenses, and contribution margins, taking corrective action for any negative variances.
- Foster supportive relationships with multidisciplinary groups and consult internally on revenue cycle operations and compliance.
- Promote individual professional growth and development through mandatory education and skills competency.
