Job Summary

Our client is seeking two Accounts Receivable Specialists to join a high-performing, collaborative team focusing on air ambulance claims, member appeals, and insurance reimbursement. This is a unique, detail-oriented role centered on managing out-of-network claims, advocating for members, and building relationships with employers, patients, and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a team specializing in air ambulance claims, member appeals, and insurance reimbursement.
• Manage out-of-network claims and advocate for members.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, patients, and insurance providers.
• Engage in thoughtful problem-solving, communication, and documentation for complex claims.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in medical A/R, collections, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Proactiveness, inquisitiveness, and resourcefulness.

Experience

• Healthcare or air ambulance experience is a plus but not required.
