Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Epic PB Claims Analyst with expertise in Epic systems to join their team. The primary responsibilities include handling support tickets, contributing to implementation and sprint cycles, and performing day-to-day maintenance for Epic systems in nephrology practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve incidents and requests through ServiceNow
- Participate in implementation support, including requirements gathering and workflow analysis
- Contribute to Epic upgrades, enhancements, and special projects
- Provide mentoring and training to other Epic team members
Qualifications
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification
- 3-7 years of experience with Epic systems
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Sherlock
- Experience with Community Connect and nephrology practices is preferred
Additional Requirements
This position is full-time and primarily remote, with occasional quarterly travel for team meetings.
