Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with top-tier interventional specialists to assess and manage patients with vascular diseases. You’ll play a vital role in designing and implementing clinical plans that restore blood flow, prevent amputations, and improve quality of life for every patient you see.
This position offers hands-on training and exposure to vascular, cardiology, and endovascular care, with support from experienced providers committed to your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and independently generate visit documentation.

Collaborate with interventional specialists to develop and implement treatment plans.

Manage a daily caseload of approximately 15 patients (mix of new and follow-up visits).

Utilize the eClinicalWorks EMR system for documentation; future enhancements include AI and voice recognition technology to streamline workflows.

Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care in alignment with organizational goals.
Training Process

Structured onboarding and shadowing experience with three different providers across Queens, Harlem, and Brooklyn.

Up to 8 weeks of hands-on training, tailored to your learning needs and comfort level.
Qualifications
Required:

Active New York Nurse Practitioner license

Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills

Strong commitment to patient advocacy and high-quality care
Preferred:

Experience or interest in wound care

Prior exposure to vascular, cardiology, or endovascular settings
