Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with top-tier interventional specialists to assess and manage patients with vascular diseases. You’ll play a vital role in designing and implementing clinical plans that restore blood flow, prevent amputations, and improve quality of life for every patient you see.

This position offers hands-on training and exposure to vascular, cardiology, and endovascular care, with support from experienced providers committed to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and independently generate visit documentation.

• Collaborate with interventional specialists to develop and implement treatment plans.

• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 15 patients (mix of new and follow-up visits).

• Utilize the eClinicalWorks EMR system for documentation; future enhancements include AI and voice recognition technology to streamline workflows.

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care in alignment with organizational goals.

Training Process

• Structured onboarding and shadowing experience with three different providers across Queens, Harlem, and Brooklyn.

• Up to 8 weeks of hands-on training, tailored to your learning needs and comfort level.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner license

• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Strong commitment to patient advocacy and high-quality care

Preferred:

• Experience or interest in wound care

• Prior exposure to vascular, cardiology, or endovascular settings
