Job Summary
A growing clinical research site is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator II/III to join their on-site team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in coordinating clinical trials and a genuine passion for patient interaction and quality care. The organization partners with physician practices and research sponsors to expand patient access to clinical trials and bring innovative treatments directly into the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned clinical trials from initiation through close-out
- Maintain accurate source documentation and ensure data integrity
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents and IRB correspondence as required
- Support patient visits and ensure adherence to study protocols
- Monitor and report adverse events per sponsor and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with investigators, study monitors, and cross-functional staff to ensure smooth study operations
- Maintain compliance with study timelines and site goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical research coordination experience
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines
- CCRC certification preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
