Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Requirements: 1+ year of RECENT Medical Reception/Admin experience

Nice to haves: Epic experience, bilingual (Spanish & English)

Location: Manhattan, NY

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Checking in and out patients
• Collection demographic and insurance information; uploading information and completing patient registration in EMR system
• Perform insurance verification; informing patients of financial liability based of EOBs
• Scheduling patient appointments
