Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Travel Mammo Technologist with specialized experience in screenings, diagnostics, and needle localization procedures. The role involves performing an average of 18-22 scans per shift, and requires proficiency with FUJI equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screening, diagnostic, and needle localization procedures.
• Perform an average of 18-22 scans per shift, with scan times varying between 15 to 30 minutes.
• Cater primarily to adult patients.
• Utilize Fuji equipment for mammography services.
• Perform 3D mammography (tomosynthesis).

Qualifications

• Experience with both screenings & diagnostics and at least 2 years of professional scanning experience post-(M) registry completion.
• Outpatient radiology experience is a plus due to fast-paced environment & workflows.
• Open to feedback on image quality, as on-site Rads/partners are highly engaged with women’s imaging.
•  BLS; ARRT Mammo (M), with documentation on mammography training completion/numbers.
• Must hold a valid NJ DEP X-ray license.

Experience

• 2 years in professional scanning experience post-registry completion in a relevant field.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in using FUJI equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Assignment duration: 13 weeks with the potential for extension based on departmental needs and internal recruiting.
• No requirement for monitoring/ensuring MQSA reporting for agency roles.
