Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team for a short-term contract to support our annual re-verification season. In this vital role, you’ll help patients confirm their healthcare insurance coverage is active and accurate for their prescription drug products. This is a great opportunity to apply your experience in the healthcare insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities

Complete a high volume of outbound calls to patients to re-verify their insurance details.

Clearly and professionally communicate with patients, payers, providers, and pharmacies to gather necessary information, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Document patient information and verification outcomes accurately in our system.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly re-verification goals.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic patient inquiries regarding the re-verification process.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Benefit Verification / Benefit Investigation experience

Strong understanding of insurance (EOB, deductibles, claims, payer portals, etc.)

High school diploma or GED
Work Location
On-Site Requirements (December 1–5)
This on-site portion should take approximately 4 hours. Afterward, all work will be performed remotely. At the end of the assignment, candidates will need to return equipment to the office location in The Colony, TX.
Schedule & Duration

Contract Duration: December 1, 2025 – Mid-February 2026 (end date may vary slightly based on project needs)

Tech Enablement / Onboarding: December 1–5, brief in-person visit (approx. 4 hours)

Training: December 8–26, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Live Schedule: Starting January 1, Monday–Friday, assigned 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST (exact shift assigned; will never exceed 8 hours), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Holidays: No work on December 25 or January 1
