Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Crisis QMHC, MSW, or LCSW to join their team on a contract basis with potential conversion to hire. This role will involve managing crisis calls and providing outpatient therapy services, with a focus on offering support within a community setting. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to deliver impactful mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to crisis calls, averaging 1 per week, with a maximum of 2-3 calls.
- Travel for crisis coverage within the county, potentially up to 1.5 hours each way, using a company-provided vehicle for crisis calls.
- Engage in follow-up activities with potential crisis clients when not on crisis calls.
- Provide standard therapeutic services during outpatient days.
- Utilize Epic-based behavioral health EMR for documentation and case management.
Qualifications
- Active OR License.
- Certification as a QHMP MSW, or LCSW depending on credentials.
- CPR certification is required; candidates without one can obtain it onsite at a cost.
Additional Requirements
- Rotating schedule consisting of five 8-hour shifts starting between 7 AM and 9 AM, with a lunch option of either 30 minutes or 1 hour.
- On-call duties for crisis one week every 3-4 months, with specific compensation rates for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
