Job Title: Licensed Property & Casualty Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will help clients protect what matters most by offering tailored insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, and/or commercial coverage. You will build long-term relationships with clients and educate them on policy options that best suit their individual needs.

Overview

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and services
• Primary focus on customer service and retention for a block of customers, with an expectation to also grow the book of business through cross-sales.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing policyholders
• Process applications, handle policy changes, and assist with claims
• Stay current on industry regulations and licensing requirements
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM or agency management systems

Requirements:

• Active insurance license in Colorado (Property & Casualty)
• Minimum of 2 years experience within insurance space
• Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance experience)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, relatable terms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or insurance software systems

Growth and Compensation: The Licensed CSR/Account Manager role offers significant growth opportunities, including transitions to branch manager or producer positions within the company.

Salary: Base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 + bonus structure.
