Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Repair Technician responsible for repairing equipment including controllers, power supplies, print heads, and ink systems. The individual will inspect and test products to maintain a high level of quality, adjusting and tuning them for optimum service and reliability according to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair equipment including controllers, power supplies, print heads, and ink systems.
- Inspect and test all products to maintain a consistently high level of quality.
- Adjust and tune products for optimum service and reliability according to established procedures and methods.
- Suggest approaches to improve products, procedural changes, and/or new methods of control and testing.
- Operate diagnostic equipment including oscilloscopes, pulsed generators, strobe lights, and other relevant tools.
- Monitor and report on inventory of working stock and related items to maintain acceptable work flow.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner, working within extremely close tolerances and part specifications.
- Ensure completion of repair report for every work order and maintain proper filing of reports at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
