Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Network Program Assistant to join their team. This is primarily an administrative role requiring a sharp and reliable individual who can handle sensitive medical information. The role involves managing intakes, referral calls, and maintaining logs of client interactions. The position is onsite with the potential for a future transition to a hybrid or work-from-home scenario.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Process all intakes, referral, and inquiry calls related to waiver and community services.
- Assess all inquiries for service and route them appropriately.
- Maintain a log of client intakes and waiting list.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Process and print acknowledgment letters to clients and apply postage.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelors’ degree preferred in health and human services related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Excel required.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
- Two years of experience in billing, treatment authorization processing, and administrative support functions preferred.
Schedule / Shift
8-5 Monday to Friday
