Job Summary

Our client is seeking Member Services Associates who will focus on supporting and coordinating Medicare Advantage plans. Applicants will need to provide excellent customer service to ensure the healthcare needs of senior members are met efficiently and effectively. Some positions require bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Provide high-quality support and service to Medicare-eligible individuals.
• Coordinate care and offer guidance on Medicare Advantage health plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of member interactions and issues.
• Support bilingual (English/Spanish) community needs as required.

Additional Requirements

The role requires 8 of the 15 positions to be filled with bilingual English/Spanish candidates.

Schedule / Shift

Full-time, starting on 10/17 at 8 AM.
