Job Summary

The North American Sales and Business Development Director will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team to increase sales revenue and market share in the water purification systems and laboratory system markets. This role requires a HUNTER approach to driving sales culture, focusing on current and key distributors as well as identifying new direct commercial customers. The role involves shaping the sales culture across North America, including Canada, aiming for sales targets and supporting long-term sustainability by closing and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate 5 Regional Sales Managers and 10 Regional Sales Representatives.
• Increase sales revenue and market share in the targeted markets.
• Drive more sales with current distributors and find new direct commercial customers.
• Lead sales development efforts across North America, including Canada.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with large multi-site commercial and industrial clients.
