Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Charge Analyst to work full-time to support, implement, and maintain Epic modules for compliance with the company's objectives. The role involves engaging in practices for support and help tickets, implementations, and sprint cycles. This is a remote position requiring quarterly travel for meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of tasks, including implementation, build, and maintenance.
• Address support and help tickets from practices.
• Contribute to sprint cycle items and new enhancements.

Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification and Charge Router certifications required.
• 3-7 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency with Epic tools such as Orion, Nova, and Sherlock.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Skills

• Technical skills in Epic PB Reporting.
• Soft skills such as effective communication and team collaboration.

Additional Requirements

• Remote work with quarterly travel for leadership/team meetings.
