Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's Quality Assurance (QA) team as a Quality Assurance Support Technician. This role provides essential administrative and documentation support to ensure compliance with company quality systems and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and experience managing records within a structured, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into QA databases, logs, and tracking systems.
- Maintain, organize, and archive QA files and records (electronic and paper) in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Develop, update, and format spreadsheets, logs, reports, and trackers to support QA activities.
- Collaborate with QA team members to ensure accurate documentation control and version management.
- Perform other related administrative and QA support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or quality documentation support experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (cGMP, GDP) considered a plus.
