Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Shift Lead who will be primarily responsible for working with the sanitation crew during the 2nd shift, managing standard nurse responsibilities, and ensuring the health and safety of the team's employees through various healthcare assessments and treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sanitation crew during the 2nd shift.
• Assess employees by taking temperatures, checking vitals, and monitoring their health.
• Write Nurse's notes and perform charting in the electronic system.
• Provide first-aid to employees, including wound care and injuries on-site.
• Administer only over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol and Motrin.
• Screen employees by taking temperatures and asking screening questions.
• Clear team members by using questionnaires, vital signs, and temperature checks.
• Conduct medical assessments for employees returning from FMLA.
• Perform occupational health assessments.
• Deliver treatment to employees who are injured or sick at the clinic.
