Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls from health plan members, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 50–60 inbound calls per day from health plan members.
• Provide accurate information related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and general plan information.
• Resolve issues and ensure a positive member experience.
