Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Sub-Investigator to join their growing team. This is an onsite, full-time role traveling between various sites. The Sub-Investigator will uphold the integrity and quality of clinical trials by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, IRB approvals, and policies. Responsibilities also include performing visit procedures, collecting patient data, and safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of research participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, comprehend, and adhere to assigned study protocol.
- Assist trial Investigators in screening and reviewing potential study participants' eligibility.
- Conduct subject visits.
- Maintain case report forms, patient charts, and documentation.
- Ensure that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with established research protocol and standards.
- Collect and enter data as necessary.
- Review lab results, imaging reports, and other study-specific reports.
- Complete required protocol training.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree required.
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Sound knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and ISOs.
- Trained in phlebotomy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid teamwork, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills in appropriate software and related company clinical systems.
- Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, work independently and cooperatively with interdisciplinary teams.
Experience
- At least 2 years of clinical research/sub-investigator experience is strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements
This position requires traveling between sites and may involve travel to additional locations for training or internal meetings.
