Critical Care Transport Nurse (CCT-RN) - Mount Lake Terrace, Totem Lake, Fife
We're currently seeking dedicated and highly skilled Critical Care Transport Nurses (CCT-RNs) for new positions with a rapidly growing company. This is a unique and challenging role where you will work with a single EMT to perform interfacility transports, managing critically ill patients independently. As a "solo provider," you will act as a comprehensive care team, handling the duties of a nurse, pharmacist, and respiratory therapist all at once.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Perform interfacility transports between hospitals and medical facilities, including critical care transports
- Conduct thorough rig checks to ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for use
- Manage and provide care for critically ill patients independently while partnered with an EMT driver
- Respond to transport calls; call volume may vary depending on location
- Complete all required documentation and patient care records accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize computer systems for charting, communication, and record-keeping
- Safely lift and move patients and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
- Maintain readiness to sit, stand, or remain mobile for extended periods throughout shifts
- Drive or travel throughout Washington State as required for patient transports

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ER or ICU (4 years preferred)
- Strong critical care skills, particularly with pumps and ventilators
- Ability to function as a “solo provider”, fulfilling multiple roles such as nurse, pharmacist, doctor, respiratory therapist, and EMT
- Candidates with less ICU experience may be considered if they have significant paramedic experience
- NICU experience will be considered with at least 1–2 years of relevant work
- RN Certification through WA State Department of Health
- EMT Certification - if you don’t have one, the company offers a three-week EMT bridge program that includes an additional 40 hours of training
- CCRN is a plus but NOT required
Driving Requirements:
- You will rarely be required to drive, but in the case of an emergency the following is required:
- Valid Drivers license with 2 years of driving experience
- No more than 3 infractions in the last 36 months
- Complete Emergency Vehicle Incident Prevention (EVIP) training

Totem Lake
- Shift type: 24-hour shift
- Schedule: 2 days a week, Two-week rotation
- Start time: 0600 to 0600
Fife
- Shift type: 24-hour shift
- Schedules: 2 days a week, Two-week rotation
- Start times: 0700 to 0700 or 0600 to 0600
Contract Length:
1040 Hours. Opportunity to convert to permanent hire after satisfactory completion of contract.
Pay:
$55 - $80 (Dependant on experience) + Overtime Guaranteed
