Job Summary

Our client is seeking an LVN to oversee various health and wellness responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of health management for employees. The role requires taking temperatures, monitoring health assessments, and assisting with medical screenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess employees by taking temperatures, checking vitals, and monitoring health.
• Write Nurse's notes and perform charting in the electronic system.
• Provide first-aid, including wound care and treating on-site injuries.
• Administer only over-the-counter medications, such as Tylenol and Motrin.
• Conduct health screenings and occupational health assessments.
• Perform drug screens, physicals, and treatment for injuries in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid LPN/LVN license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Familiarity with EMR/Charting systems.

Experience

• 1-2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in occupational health, emergency care (ER, Urgent Care), or drug screening is beneficial.

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic charting and medical assessments.
• Competency in providing immediate medical care and health assessments.

Additional Requirements

Position requires the ability to work some Saturdays, cover call-ins, and fulfill compliance requirements including health and background checks.
