Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Patient Service Representative who will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a busy healthcare setting. The primary responsibilities include scheduling, registration, handling copays, and managing patient check-ins and check-outs. This role is crucial in maintaining high patient satisfaction within an oncology setting.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Scheduling patient appointments and procedures.
- Conducting registration and managing copay transactions.
- Checking patients in and out of appointments.
- Answering high volume phone lines efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients in a friendly manner.
- Utilizing call center and front desk patient-facing experience.
Skills
- Proficient in call center and registration processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to handle busy phone lines in a professional manner.
- Experience in a healthcare or oncology setting preferred.
Schedule / Shift
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
