Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Chemical Operator to conduct chemistry testing and equipment qualification in alignment with standard operating procedures, regulations, and cGMPs. The role includes performing chemistry testing documentation and assessing results against specifications, while representing the Chemistry Laboratory in customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the department manager.
• Review documentation and release incoming materials such as API, excipients, and processing auxiliaries.
• Setup new incoming materials and serve as a representative for the Chemical laboratory in new customer projects.
• Ensure project milestones for the Chemistry Laboratory are met in a timely manner.
• Establish, review, and approve documentation, such as stability protocols and reports, SOPs, and laboratory qualification protocols and reports.
• Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, utilities, in-process, release, and stability testing of finished products in compliance with SOPs and cGMPs/GLPs.
• Collect samples of raw materials and utilities.
• Maintain the Chemistry Laboratory in a GMP state.
• Collaborate with vendors for external qualifications and maintenance of chemical analysis instruments, as well as conduct internal qualifications and maintenance.
• Review and verify analytical testing.
• Complete Laboratory Investigations and ensure compliance with safety, environmental protection, and cGMP regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
