Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Back Office Medical Assistant to support physicians and nursing staff with patient care. Primary responsibilities include assisting with chart management and ensuring smooth patient flow. The role involves performing delegated medical tasks, clerical duties, and utilizing electronic systems as documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in urgent care and primary care settings, including blood draws, injections, and patient triage.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and manage patient charts.
• Perform clerical tasks and delegate medical duties as required.
• Utilize electronic medical systems according to departmental procedures.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program
• 2-3 years Medical Assistant experience
• Demonstrated skill in venipuncture
• CPR Certification

Shift/Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 11:30 AM - close
