Job Summary
Our client seeks an Epic Cadence Manager to lead large-scale scheduling optimization projects, focusing on the development and maintenance of integrated scheduling pathways. The role includes managing a team of business analysts and coordinating with clinical stakeholders to address scheduling issues and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to design and maintain patient access projects using Epic systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for a patient-centric scheduling approach.
- Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and ongoing support for scheduling workflows.
- Participate in capacity management to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver progress reports and conduct project reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum two years in a scheduling support environment utilizing Epic EMR.
- Minimum one year experience in a management capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of Epic EMR scheduling modules preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
