Job Summary

The PFS Escalation Specialist is a critical member of our client’s Revenue Cycle team, responsible for managing complex patient financial inquiries and escalations. This role ensures a seamless patient experience while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The specialist serves as a subject matter expert for the SBO/Revenue Cycle team and acts as a bridge between patients, internal departments, and leadership.
