Position Summary
A growing cardiovascular care team in Snohomish County is seeking an experienced Echo Sonographer to perform high-quality echocardiograms in a dynamic outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will hold ARDMS certification, demonstrate flexibility and accountability, and provide compassionate, patient-focused care. This is a 4-day-per-week schedule, with rotating Saturday coverage every 4–5 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex echocardiographic procedures including 2D, M-mode, Doppler, and color flow imaging.
- Communicate findings to interpreting physicians and assist in preliminary image assessments when appropriate.
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with other clinical team members to support timely and efficient workflow.
- Accurately document procedures and patient interactions within electronic medical records.
Requirements:
- ARDMS certification in Echocardiography
- Associate’s Degree in a related field
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach to care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (if not listed, please confirm if required)
