We’re working with a highly reputable and growing clinical research site in Ocala, FL, known for its focus in neurology and Alzheimer’s clinical trials. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Patient Recruitment Specialist to lead efforts in participant outreach and enrollment.
This is a fully onsite role, involving both clinic-based and community-facing work, ideal for someone who thrives on making personal connections and wants to make an impact on the future of medicine.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials
- Engage with potential participants via phone, email, in person, and at community events
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and track campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize ad spend and outreach materials
- Attend and organize local community events, health fairs, and outreach initiatives
- Pre-screen potential candidates and coordinate with clinical staff for next steps
- Provide excellent service and communication to all prospective participants
- Support recruitment for Alzheimer’s and cognitive disorder studies, among others
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of patient recruitment or outreach experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with diverse populations
- Experience working in or with Alzheimer’s/dementia trials is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and track data metrics
- Comfortable working onsite 100% and participating in local events as needed
- Organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about improving patient access to clinical research
