Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced acute PM hourly consultant to join a large acute clinical team as a Project Manager, specializing in Epic applications. The role involves splitting management responsibilities with an existing Project Manager to oversee applications such as Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, Rehab, Long Term Care, and Behavioral Health. This position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and expertise in Epic applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage specific Epic applications including Willow Inpatient, Ambulatory, Inventory, and others.
• Oversee the prioritization of applications, focusing primarily on Willow, Long Term Care, Behavioral Health, and Rehab.
• Lead and grow the analyst team, overseeing project tasks and managing change management.
• Ensure effective operational communication strategies are in place.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Implementation Analyst for 3 to 5 years.
• Transitioned to a lead role and later to a project management role.
• Experience with one or more specified Epic applications.
• Strong skills in operational communication, change management, and readiness.

Additional Requirements

This position requires 25% travel and typically requires on-site presence during the second week of the month. Full-time at 40 hours per week from the start date through December 31, 2026.
