Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Ambulatory Analyst to lead the outpatient Willow implementation project for their new satellite location. This role is instrumental in increasing revenue and addressing challenges with medication order processing and refill requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the outpatient Willow implementation project.
- Be responsible for the build and partner with internal resources to ensure the build goes through the client's system.
- Coordinate meetings with Epic, operational owners, and application resources.
Qualifications
- Ambulatory Willow certified.
- Recent build and implementation experience is a priority.
- Strong project management background to lead meetings and coordinate with Epic and operational owners.
- Experience with Epic's Willow Ambulatory module.
- Ambulatory Willow certification is required. Inpatient Willow certification is a benefit.
Experience
- Must have recent experience with an Epic Willow build and implementation
Skills
- Technical skills in Epic's Willow Ambulatory module.
- Strong project management skills.
