Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to optimize existing processes and address critical fixes post-Epic Garden Plot go-live. This includes managing a backlog of revenue cycle tickets and building contracts in the Epic Professional Billing module.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform contract builds for different payers.
• Optimize and clean up charge review work queues and claim edits.
• Implement necessary modifiers and global charges for fracture care and other orthopedic-specific billing.
• Provide knowledge transfer for long-term fee schedule maintenance and system upkeep to internal staff.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Epic Professional Billing module.
• Experience with contract builds, work queue optimization, claims management, and denial resolution.
• Epic Professional Billing certification is required.

Experience

• Experienced analyst/consultant with a background in the relevant field.
• Familiarity with the Epic Garden Plot and Ochin systems is advantageous.
