Title: Clinical Support Assistant – ENT Specialty Clinic

Summary:
One of the largest private ENT practices in the U.S. is seeking a Clinical Support Assistant to join their busiest Indianapolis clinic. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, supporting physicians and patients of all ages by ensuring efficient clinic flow and accurate documentation.

Day to Day:

• Escort patients from check-in to exam rooms and obtain vitals (height/weight)

• Conduct medical history interviews and update medication lists in the EMR (SRS / Next Tech)

• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and sanitized at all times

• Support providers by ensuring smooth transitions between patients

• Provide professional and compassionate interactions with patients and families

• Assist with cross-training for check-in/front desk responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• No diploma/certification required

• Prior experience in a medical office or rooming patients preferred

• Strong professionalism and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
