Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Medical Practice Representative responsible for patient registration, managing multi-phone line systems, handling patient medical records requests, and scheduling follow-up appointments in EPIC. The goal is to provide high-level service and excellent customer service to all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering 70 patients a day, shared among 3 front desk staff.
• Managing a busy multi-phone line system with 50-60 inbound calls per person per day.
• Handling easy service phone calls with professionalism and high-level service.
• Managing patient medical records requests, authorization requests, referrals, and prescription refills.
• Checking in and checking out patients.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments in EPIC.
• Document sharing, including scanning and faxing, and referral collection.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of healthcare patient registration preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
