What You'll Do

Go above and beyond to ensure members and providers have a simple, seamless, and positive experience.

Respond courteously and professionally to inbound calls and emails.

Initiate outbound calls and emails to proactively assist members and providers.

Ask thoughtful questions to understand issues and make appropriate recommendations based on health insurance products, benefits, and programs.

Communicate accurate claims and benefits information using internal platforms.

Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every interaction.

Log all interactions clearly and professionally in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Work collaboratively with internal teams, brokers, navigators, and third-party partners to resolve member concerns.

Adhere to a consistent, structured work schedule—including availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak season (January through March).
