Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Imaging Field Service Engineer for a dynamic position that is highly visible to colleagues and customer stakeholders. As a subject matter expert in imaging equipment, you will perform repairs, maintain, and document work in the company's CMMS. This role is dedicated to one hospital facility and will be a full-time onsite position.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for general troubleshooting and electrical/mechanical repairs.
- Leverage all standard test equipment for installations, calibrations, and planned maintenance, including multimeters, X-ray meters, oscilloscopes, service software, keys, dosimeters, hand and power tools, AC line analyzers, and phantoms.
- Read, analyze, interpret, and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain OEM equipment such as Siemens, Philips, GE, and Canon, and record all work performed in the CMMS.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment including CT, MRI, X-Ray, C-arms, and Fluoroscopy.
- Perform other duties as assigned under the leadership of a manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in imaging repairs and using test equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google software applications (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.).
- Leverage electrical and mechanical skills to complete daily tasks.
- Interpret and utilize service manuals, schematics, and other applicable service information.
- Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills.

Education
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
- CBET, CRES, or OEM training preferred.
