Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Surgery Scheduler to support our Electrophysiology (EP) physicians. This role is responsible for coordinating surgical procedures, communicating with hospitals, and providing clear instructions to patients. Scheduling will be completed primarily by phone and email, with occasional in-person scheduling in the clinic.
The position is onsite, with the option to be based in either Humble, TX or Pearland, TX.
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

- Establish and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
- Manage clinical and medical practice operations and procedures.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve goals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Perform extensive telephone communication and manage office equipment efficiently.
- Utilize computers and relevant software applications for practice management.
