Job Summary

Our client is seeking an EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst to provide maternity leave coverage within their Willow Ambulatory team. The analyst will start at the end of September to ensure a smooth transition and to gain familiarity with the system before the maternity leave begins in October. The primary responsibility includes working closely with the team and handling various pharmacy-related tasks and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Service Now ticket requests
• Update Multi-step Order Transmittal (MSOT) logic
• Assist with specialty pharmacy programs and navigator updates
• Support Genesys/Cheers installation for Specialty Pharmacy
• Facilitate the pharmacy transition from Televox to Hello World messaging
• On-board and train Houston Ambulatory Pharmacy representatives
• Handle pharmacotherapy optimization requests
• Update referrals, preference lists, and access/security settings
• Consolidate and maintain pharmacy outreach assessments
• Maintain and update medication access and operational team flowsheet rows
• Update pharmacy groupers, security, and access for various personnel
• Create and maintain workqueues and handle ePA workflows
• Optimize in-basket operations and routing logic
• Create and update reporting workbench and operational dashboard
• Collaborate with external organizations regarding specialty pharmacy processes
• Maintain support and service logic
• Perform tasks related to fall upgrades and pharmacy collaboration

Qualifications

• Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory
• Pharmacy experience is highly recommended
