Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Clinical Review Nurse responsible for investigating and processing comprehensive and complex grievances and appeals requests from members and providers. This role involves coding justifications and addressing provider disputes. The position requires identifying through clinical review any system or processing issues affecting member care, service expectations, or leading to billing concerns. This role has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Chief Medical Officer.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Investigate and process comprehensive and complex grievances and appeals requests.
• Address coding justifications and provider disputes.
• Identify system or processing issues impacting member care or service expectations.
• Handle billing concerns and provider disputes through clinical review.

Schedule / Shift

This is a temporary remote role expected to last up to 6 months or 1000 hours (whichever comes first).
