Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst focused on Dashboarding and Insights to play a key role in transforming raw data into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights. This position involves supporting strategic decision-making across finance, operations, clinical, sales, and provider network teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights.
• Define and document core metrics in collaboration with domain experts.
• Ensure the accuracy and performance of dashboards.
• Translate trends into strategic recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and trust.
• Support ad hoc and root-cause analyses.
• Help resolve data discrepancies.
• Empower business users through documentation, training, and enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Experience with dashboarding and data quality assurance.
• Proficient communication with cross-functional teams.
• Prowess in strategic decision making and problem-solving.

Additional Requirements

Candidate preferred to be located in Austin or San Antonio area with flexibility for occasional on-site presence as needed.
