Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Medical Assistant for a dynamic medical team. The position involves providing support to 7 providers, handling shared rooming responsibilities with 20 to 40 patients. This role requires presence on-site with flexible working hours and minimal remote work. The candidate will be involved in patient care, utilizing the Athena EMR system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to 7 providers with shared rooming responsibilities.
• Manage a patient load of 20 to 40 patients.
• Utilize the Athena EMR system for record-keeping and documentation.
• Back office Duties:  Taking Vitals , Patient intake, Chart prep, Vaccines, Injections, Spirometry, EKG, and Point of care testing
• Ensure punctual attendance and adaptability within flexible working hours.
• Collaborate as part of a medical team to deliver primary care services.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in primary care is ideal.
