Job Summary

This Quality Specialist role sits within a Digital Hub at our client, focusing on electronic and manual benefit verification. Specialists will work within a streamlined, automated platform that flags incomplete verifications for manual outreach. Specialists are responsible for calling insurance providers to gather missing information and ensure coverage details are accurate and complete.

This is a transaction-based, metrics-driven role billed per benefit verification completed. Initial tasks may include system data entry and cleanup, with opportunities to grow into more advanced tasks as the Blizzard initiative expands.
