Job Summary
Our client company is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join its Credentialing Department. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of payer enrollment for providers and facilities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant submissions to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers. The position focuses on enrollment and recredentialing/revalidation of individual clinicians, submission of delegated payer rosters, and facility enrollment for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and dialysis centers.
Responsibilities / Job Duties

Manage end-to-end payer enrollment processes for new and existing providers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

Complete and submit provider applications, contracts, and required documentation for enrollment and revalidation.

Submit and maintain delegated payer rosters accurately within required timeframes.

Oversee and complete enrollment of ASCs and dialysis centers with all applicable payers.

Track application status and follow up proactively to ensure timely processing and approvals.

Maintain up-to-date records of payer participation and enrollment status in credentialing systems.

Monitor and respond to recredentialing and revalidation requirements to prevent disruptions in billing.

Collaborate with Human Resources, Revenue Cycle, and Compliance teams to gather and verify information.

Stay informed on changes to payer enrollment policies and regulatory requirements.

Serve as a liaison between the organization and insurance payers, resolving enrollment issues promptly.

Maintain strict confidentiality of provider and organizational information.

Provide audit support and generate status reports as needed.
Education
Qualifications
Required:

Minimum 2 years of direct experience in payer enrollment, with emphasis on Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

Strong understanding of credentialing, recredentialing, and revalidation processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:

Experience in facility enrollment, including ASCs and dialysis centers.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
