Job Summary

A rapidly growing, diagnostics-focused healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and scale its billing and reimbursement operations. This high-impact leadership role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in lab-based billing, payer transitions, and team development. You’ll oversee a lean but expanding RCM team, guide the transition from self-pay to insurance and Medicare reimbursement, and play a critical role in optimizing systems and processes—including EMR integration and vendor partnerships. This is a hands-on, strategic position where emotional intelligence, clear communication, and change management experience are essential. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of RCM leadership, a track record in diagnostics or healthcare services, and comfort operating in both structured and agile environments. Remote-first role with preference for candidates in Central or Eastern time zones. Compensation range: $175K–$200K.
