Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OBGYN Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care both in the office and over the phone. This role supports the physician in delivering exceptional care within established nursing practice guidelines. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication management, collaboration with healthcare providers, patient education, procedural assistance, and other medically related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities in the clinic and via phone.
• Prepare and educate patients on upcoming procedures and treatment plans.
• Schedule and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Administer medications and injections accurately and safely.
• Review patient charts and documentation prior to delivering care.
• Provide clear and compassionate patient education and instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with established clinical protocols and best practices.
• Perform additional medically related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must-Have:

• Current RN License in Maryland (or eligibility for licensure).
• 1–2 years of nursing experience, ideally in OBGYN or Labor & Delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• In-office position with patient interaction in a clinical setting.
