Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to oversee a classroom of children with autism or related disorders. Key responsibilities include supervising treatment plans, training behavior therapists, and working with families and school teams. This role involves both center-based and some remote work, focusing on clinical programming and family training.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising a classroom of approximately 15 children.
- Creating and monitoring individual treatment plans.
- Training Behavior Therapists and staff on programs.
- Conducting family training sessions and meetings.
- Collaborating with school teams for kids transitioning to school.
- Providing community support as needed.
- Managing full professional responsibility for services provided by supervisees.
- Ensuring all services consider the individual and family’s values and preferences.
- Developing and monitoring initial and updated treatment plans.
- Coordinating coordinated care conferences.
- Overseeing supervision and documentation for compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a related field.
- Current Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) or licensure as LICSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT in good standing (licensure in WI or MN).
- One year post-certification clinical experience.
- Previous ABA experience working with children with autism.
- No history of felonies or disqualifying misdemeanors, successful background checks required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.

- Proficient in navigating a laptop and using medical documentation systems (CentralReach).
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Teams and Zoom.
