Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Coordinator to join their team. This role involves scheduling appointments, managing client interactions, and assisting with treatment follow-ups to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Scheduling and keeping calendars full.
• Follow-ups on clients post-treatments.
• Booking follow-up appointments.
• Selling treatments during consultations.
• Handling intro calls for new client inquiries.
• Explaining the clinic's processes to clients.
• Converting inquiries into appointments.
• Managing the flow of the day and schedules lightly.
• Incorporating sales into client interactions.
• Managing client relationships effectively.
